Return Policy:

If you would like to return a product, Maharani Light Studio will charge you a 15% restocking fee. These are the details / compliance instructions on return policy:

  • You can request a return only within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Products need to be returned using your own courier in its original packaging.
  • Please write to us at info.maharanilightstudio@gmail.com or call us on our helpline numbers, and we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packed so that there is no further damage of products during transit.
  • The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Maharani Light Studio in order to determine the legitimacy of the return.
  • Any products returned in a damaged / materially altered condition will not be refunded.
  • It takes 10 working days for us to refund once the product reaches us in good condition.
  • Product should be unused and in original condition and no attempt of fitting, assembling or installation should be done.
Exchange Policy:
  • If you have received a damaged/defective/incorrect product, please get in touch with us by email at info.maharanilightstudio@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • On receiving your complaint, we shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Maharani Light Studio is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Maharani Light Studio will initiate the replacement process.
  • In order to exchange the product, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions:
  • Please notify Maharani Light Studio of receipt of a damaged/defective/incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 24 hours, Maharani Light Studio shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
  • Products should be unused and in original condition.
  • Maharani Light Studio will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective/incorrect product through its logistics partner. If Maharani Light Studio is unable to do so, Maharani Light Studio will notify you regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within one day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon consultation with Maharani Light Studio.

  • Once the product is received by Maharani Light Studio the replacement product will be dispatched to you within 48 hours.

Warranty Details:

Products sold on Maharani Light Studio website do not come with Manufacturer's warranty, unless specified otherwise.

Cancellation:
When can you cancel an order?

You can cancel an order only till the time the order is not shipped. Order cancellation will not be allowed after shipment of order.

Will a cancellation request have any implication on you?

There will be no cancellation charges or processing fees for the customer upon order cancellation.

When do you get a refund for the canceled order?

If the payment was by Credit/ Debit Card, Net-Banking and Digital Wallets, we will refund the money in your respective payment account. Typically refunds are processed in between 7- 10 working days after an order is marked as canceled.

Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure a refund into your account. We only control release of funds from our side, there is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
